We provide a wide range of activities at the centre, and with our person centered approach members projects can be tailored to their specific interests.

Express Yourself
Our vibrant art and craft studio is supported by local artists who help us to provide a wide variety of creative activities. So whether you like to paint for relaxation, have a go at printmaking, learn a new skill such as pottery, silversmithing or dressmaking, we will endeavor to facilitate your interest.

Food Glorious Food
Our Kitchen is fully accessible so that members can enjoy learning to cook, get advice on diet and healthy eating or bake for pleasure. A freshly cooked lunch is available each day and there are tea and coffee making facilities.

Relax
As part of your day at the centre you are invited to receive a holistic therapy such as Aromatherapy, Indian head massage or hot stone treatment. We have a team of qualified and experienced therapists who specialise in each treatment.

All The World’s A Stage
For those interested in performing, or just looking to learn a new skill we have regular workshops where you can collaborate on song writing, singing or using percussion instruments. We have a Touchbase choir, drama group and drumming band who regularly perform at public events.

We run a weekly film, photography and animation workshop where members can create work that is exhibited at film screenings and on our YouTube channel. We also have an I.T. Suite where members can learn to use computers, browse the internet and learn to use Microsoft Office.

Participate
We enable young people with disabilities to develop life and employment skills through offering a wide selection of ASDAN short courses, ranging from expressive arts to volunteering. The AOPE and COPE programs are accredited qualifications, designed around the young person’s individual interests, to prepare them for paid employment or further education.
Trips
Whether it is visiting an exhibition, going to the theatre or a healthy walk in the countryside, we are always going on a variety of accessible day trips. We aim to tailor these to our member’s interests and due to their popularity we recommend you book in advance to guarantee a place.
Events
Throughout the year we host a number of public events to fundraise, raise disability awareness and most importantly to have some fun. This includes an annual themed Christmas event where we work alongside other local organisations to create fully inclusive and unforgettable community experience.
